The apartment consists of a hallway which leads you through the apartment.  First is the large recently fitted kitchen which is large enough to have a dining table plus there is a utility room and a small balcony with views. Next is the spacious living room & dining room also with small balcony and H&C aircon.

Further down the hallway is the family bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and the master double bedroom with "Jack and Jill" shower room and H&C aircon. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans. The 3rd bedroom also has H&c aircon.

Outside the actual apartment front door is the stairway leading up to the communal sun roof which is great for hanging out the clothes and enjoying the sunshine and has views of over the village and countryside. There is small shed and gazebo for the use of this apartment.

There is plenty of parking right outside the main door which is on a quiet side road.

Pets are allowed subject to agreement (small dog/cat). Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house.

There is no lift with this property but the stairs are wide and gently rise so are easier and safer to climb.
