The room lay out of the property is as follows: Entrance hall, leading into an open plan kitchen / dining room / living room . The kitchen can be purchased separately for approx 7,500€ including electrical appliances (subject to model and style). The payment structure would be:-

Signing of the purchase contract and to start the build - 15%
Once the structure is built - 30%
Once the building is finished and ready for painting etc - 30%
Final payment upon completion - 25%

The purchase taxes on new builds are 10%.

The A7 motorway is 5 minutes drive away for easy access to airports etc. The thriving town of Huercal-Overa with it twice weekly markets (mon & thurs mornings) shops, restaurants, leisure & sports facilities and award winning hospital is less than 10 minutes drive away.
